A charming blend of traditional and contemporary, this 2 bedroom apartment (110 m2) was completely renovated at the end of 2008. Designed by an architect, it features a terrace with a wonderful view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.Near Champs Elysees. On the top floor ( 6th) with an elevator and private staircase.
One 50 sq. meter living room opens onto a full terrace, and there are two bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2. A new, fully-stocked American kitchen means heavenly meals, and a corner office is there for quiet interludes of work and reading. The building is secure, with a guard, and the apartment's northwest exposure means sunlight all day long.
A main living area features 1 sofa bed for 2 people and one cot. There are two bedrooms, one featuring 2 single beds. The bathroom features a double-sink, shower and bath tub, with Stark design faucets, Kartell design lighting, and Wengé wood furniture.

The 8th arrondissement is home to the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, probably the most famous avenue in the world. This is a district where the celebrities of fashion design, painting, cinema and theatre are born.
This impressive promenade stretches from the Place the la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe.
Its western end is bordered by cinemas, theatres, cafés and luxury shops. Near the Place de la Concorde, the street is bordered by the Jardins des Champs-Elysées, beautifully arranged gardens with fountains and some grand buildings including the Grand and Petit Palais on the southern side and the Elysée at its northern end.
The Champs-Elysées is the main site for all Paris' major celebrations. This is where Parisians celebrate New Year's Eve and where the military parades are held on the 14th of July. Historic national events, like the Liberation at the end of the second World War or the victory in the World Cup are also celebrated here.
The 8th is also home to the Arc de Triomphe, and close to the Trocadero and Palais de Chaillot, Madeleine church, Concorde Plaza, the Palais de la Decouverte, Petit Palais Museum, and the Grand Palais.
Evenings in the 8th mean a dizzying selection of restaurants and French brasseries, and famous shows like the Lido or the Crazy Horse.
For those coming to Paris on business, you'll be near several business centers, such as Porte Maillot, La Defense, and not far from the Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airports.
