This Paris apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, and from the rue Faubourg St Honoré with its unique Haute Couture boutiques. For the gourmets, there are several of Paris top restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

The rue de la Paix (Street of the Peace) is the most expensive street in the Paris version of the Monopoly game. It connects the Paris Garnier Opera to the 17th century Place Vendôme where the famous Ritz hotel is located.
