Located in the 1st arrondissement, near the Louvre and places such as the Palais Royal surrounded by gardens and restaurants. Our one bedroom apartment has just been completely renovated in 2006. It offers guests a sophisticated blend of traditional Parisian and contemporary style.
On the first floor with no elevator - typical of a 17th century building, the apartment features an open, fully-equipped, American style kitchen and all the amenities necessary for ultimate comfort.
In the living area, original ceiling beams have been exposed. Two large windows offer a view over the Ministry of culture. Carefully selected furnishings create a space that is aesthetically appealing, practical and comfortable.
The queen size pull-out sofa can sleeps two adults. Local telephone service is provided, as well as a 32" flat screen TV, DVD, and high speed, wireless internet access.
The bathroom features a full size tub/shower and vanity. There is a queen sized mattress and box spring in the bedroom, excellent closet space and small work area.
The house is in a quiet street and would be comfortable for a couple or a family up to 4.
We offer a total of 5 apartments in this building, making it an ideal option for large groups and family trips of up to 22 people.

This neighborhood is in the heart of the old city of Paris on the Right bank (Rive Droite) of the River Seine. It has some magnificent buildings including the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Tuileries gardens and the place Vendôme. Five star hotels, top restaurants, Cartier, Chanel.
Nearest metro stations are Louvre- Palais Royal and Les Halles (direct access to airports and Disneyland) and Louvre (direct access to Concorde, Champs Elysees and the Marais).
