The apartment location was great and the amenities as described. I would only note 2 deficiencies. The apartment was noted to have the bathroom off the main bedroom but that is an inaccurate description. Rather the master bedroom contains the bathroom in an open space (with a closed-in commode). No one may wash nor bath nor shower without any occupant(s) of the bedroom being essentially in the same room. This works for a couple and 2 children but would not work for 4 adults per se. A smaller point is that a number of the light fixtures had bulbs that did not work. There is no convenient location to obtain bulbs although a ladder is available. The T.V. acess was unusual. There were 2 remotes and for some strange reason, one turns it on (and obtains channels in French) while the other allows you to access channels in English and French. However, the second remote worked well each morning but despite changing batteries twice would not work in the afternoon nor at night. Since we were tired each evening this was not a major inconvenience.

Every thing was ok excepet the A/C was not workingin one bedroom, other then that it was ok,the location was very good and I would repeat my visit and book with your agency.

I just returned from a five week stay in Paris and thanks to Welcome2France, it was tres magnifique! My apartment, Louvre Opera II 2nd floor, was well equipped, centrally located, quiet, and very secure- a priority since I was a solo traveler. From the start of the process from selecting and booking my apartment to last day of my stay, the staff was friendly, available, and very helpful- always willing and able to answer my questions or fulfill a request promptly, always with a smile and charming French accent! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Welcome2France to anyone who wants to have an exceptional stay in the City of Lights. I am impressed by their extensive inventory of apartments to suit any taste and budget which made it easy for me to find the perfect place to stay!

Fantastic little apartment in a great area near all the sights. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Also, lots of restaurants nearby for dinner, and a neighborhood grocer about a block away for breakfast and lunch supplies. Great location!

I sent my comments to Sophie she said that she would post them. It was a perfect stay. Jacky was a delightful host and gave us all the privace we needed. The only flaw was the lack of a diswasher. Can I view your calender for 2010? We think we might want to stay for a month

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and its easy access to the metro and the rue Cler area. Being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower was also a plus. I would definitely recommend this setting to another traveler. The only negative was the spiral stair case. With luggage this was a hard climb!

We recently returned from our vacation in Paris and wanted to let you know how much our apartment (Foch-Faisanderie VI) made our trip so exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Imee, who met us on the sidewalk in front of the building. She was so gracious and hospitable as she showed us around. I inquired about markets and where I could go to get some groceries and she kindly offered to walk with me to the area where they are located. Pointing out the points of interest and specialty shops along the way. This lovely walk became my daily routine and let me pretend to be a Parisian - albeit only for a few days. The apartment met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having a laundry room and roomy kitchen to make us feel at home. Thank you very much for our stay in your beautiful apartment! I hope to come back to Paris soon for a possible work related purpose and this apartment is my first choice. Hi Sophie, I wanted to tell you and any possible future guests about our delightful stay at the Palm Springs Villa - Cannes. We have been renting villas in the area for several years but this stay was by far the best !! Jacky was wonderful. He was the perfect host. His subtle attentiveness made our stay very comfortable and convenient without impacting our privacy in any way. The villa was lovely, well equipped, and very clean. The location was ideal and we felt so safe in the Domaine. The pool was the perfect temperature and spotless. The air conditioning was excellent and kept us very comfortable. When we had some minor requests they were dealt with by Jacky in a most efficient and warm manner. We look forward to booking again in 2011..but this time hopefully we will be able to stay for a month. The only thing that might improve this wonderful villa would be a dishwasher. However most guests would not do as much cooking as I did… as it is a passion of mine and probably would not miss one. We will contact you with regard to our 2011 vacation plans shortly. We are frequent travelers to the City of Lights and were pleased with the size of the apartment. It was perfect for us and our two children. We had both ample room and some outdoor space for them to play when needed. The neighborhood was sophisticated, family friendly, and close to all the essentials, Metro, RER, restaurants and groceries. Your services greatly enhanced our experience and made getting to and from the airport a breeze. Thank you again!

Wonderful apartment in great location. Apartment was exactly like the photographs and had everything we needed. The booking & payment process was efficient and any queries were answered promptly. I highly recommend Welcome 2 France and would gladly stay at Louvre Palais Royal II on our return to Paris. Many thanks.

Thank you so much for your kind e-mail of June 13th. Kimberly and I leased an estate in the mountains for the month of June and I did not even take my computer with me or even check e-mails till my return this morning! You may consider this an honor because of the 24 e-mails received I deleted 23 and am only responding to yours. I am disappointed that the chemo has been troublesome but we both know you need it so my prayers are that it will secure your health. Kimberly and I have thought and spoken of you often and your friendship means a great deal to us-SO you best bear with the chemo and be a bon la jeune fille! Please do not be disappointed when I tell you that I am too well known to lend my public endorsement to any service. 21/12/2009 Rated : 9/10 Our one month stay in the apartment during October, 2009 was a delight. Our hostess Imee was perfect, 10/10! She anticipated our needs and looked after and took care of everything. Our food requirements were few but specific and were well understood by Imee. Excellent location and overall very pleased with apartment! Good accommodations in terms of size and amenities. Unlimited phone was a big plus. The staff was excellent and responsive to queries, etc. Minor nuisances: somewhat expensive due to location and not the apt itself. Kitchen appliances were somewhat annoying to use. Not having air conditioning during a very hot time was tough, especially given full sunlight in the morning. I'd recommend the apt and would consider staying there again.

The apartment was beautiful and in an excellent location. Linda was very helpful on arrival and ensured we understood how everything in the apartment worked and also that we knew of some good local restaurants and supermarkets. We have already recommended the website and apartment to friends and family Three small suggested improvement areas (2 admin, 1 apartment): (1) the automatic emails received when payments were made were misleading eg one arrived confirming receipt of deposit when full payment had been made; (2) It wasn't clear at first that insurance was needed for the flat. This should be added as one of the steps on the private page; and (3) the air conditioning did not work properly, especially in the back master bedroom. We chose this property specifically for this facility, and as it turned out it WAS unseasonably warm (over 30 degrees each day) so this was disappointing. However it did work to some extent so we got some benefit, just not as much as we'd hoped. I believe this has now been fixed. Thanks

Great sized apartment for Paris - plenty of room and tastefully decorated.Great being on this street as near to supermarkets and patisseries.Very close to Sentier metro station.We really felt like we were living as the Parisiens do, so a very authentic experience. Unfortunately it was extremely hot in the apartment - no airconditioning which would be essential in summer - we had a heatwave of 35 degrees each day and it was still 30 overnight - very hard to sleep even with the fans on - the street was much too noisy to leave doors open at night as the cafes are busy until about 1am. One of the showers wouldn't drain so had to be careful water didn't overflow - this can be fixed I'm sure and we reported it to Yvette. Prebooked transport to/from station worked well although 55 Euro for an 8 minute journey to Gare de L'est was very expensive as a taxi would have been max 15 Euro according to local sources. Overall a great stay but not suitable for the heat of summer. Would stay there again in cooler months. Happy to be contacted by future clients

We loved, loved, loved this apartment. It fit our family of 5 great and the pictures on the site were exactly as it was - not oversold at all. The kitchen could use a few more little tools if any cooking is planned (measuring cups, spoons, etc.) but the real important things (fridge and coffee pot) were perfect!

Thank you Yvette & Andy & Welcome2France.com. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Paris thanks in large part to your company. Renting an apartment in another country, from a company you don't know is very scary. You absolutely represented your company and your apartment 100% accurately and professionally. Our Paris apartment overlooking the Seine and with the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely as wonderful as advertised. Also, being able to do laundry there, have a full kitchen, and wireless internet was a dream. Our family of 4 would love to come back again in the future and we'll most certainly recommend you to anyone we know going to Paris. Also, thank you for your timely responses to my email questions. Great. Excellent location. Nice furnishings. Good service. Only improvement relates to the fact that we were not given enough toilet paper or paper towels.

A well-located apartment. I am generally very pleased with my stay. As a minor criticism I think it would be practical to remove many of the ornate artistic artefacts there to make it more spacious. The bar stools at the dining table are not particularly comfortable for prolonged sitting.
