Montorgueil - Fiacre

Overall a very nice apartment in an excellant location. We were able to get to everything of interest to a tourist either by foot or by the metro - the nearest station was less than one minute away! Although located just off a main thoroughfare, the apartment was very quiet. The decor was interesting and a bit offbeat.
The sleeping arrangments do not allow much privacy. The "master bedroom" is a screened off area off the living room. There is a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room. The downstairs has 2 twin beds but the downstairs is like an inverted loft: there is a set of stairs leading down but no door. The stairs are very steep an not appropriate for young children or older persons with mobility or balance problems. The mattresses on the beds are excellant, the sleeper sofa is standard.
The kitchen is reasonabley well stocked with disher cutlery, pots etc. However, (this may be nitpicking) the drinking glasses seemed to be remnants from various sets - for the five of us, almost everyone had a different glass! The wine glasses suffered from the same problem. For such a beautiful apartment, I would have expected better.

Montorgueil-Fiacre was awesome and well located! Restaurants, bars, montorgueil street... Even the metro station is not even at 2 minute’s walk! Apartment is huge, very sunny and it's quiet because of the interior garden (when there is no construction from the city... ). Just like the website say so, the stairs to go to the lower floor to the bedroom is too dangerous thus... those stairs needs a ramp to make them a little safer. I would like to thank "welcome2France" for taking the time to answer all my worries and questions prior to my vacations in Paris! You were always very quick to reply to me and that is well appreciated. I will definitely rent with you again!

A very good location. Excellent point of contact. Very professional & helpful including the taxi drop off arranged by Andy.
Very good & safe neighbourhood for a family stay with great cafes. The only downside is the steep stairs for a child in the family. But very good value for money with spacious flat to spend a nice evening after the long days out touring the city. Good stay & time spent at Paris. Thank you. Will book again with the company.

The apartment was reasonably located. Close to the metro stop that within minutes could transport you to almost any location in paris. Welcome to france was easy to deal with, prompt, and curteous. The second bedroom was poorly furnished and having only one bathroom located in the master made it difficult for two couples to comfortably utilize the apartment. Some of the inconvenience could have been eliminated by simply providing a dressing mirror in the second bedroom. Overall the experience was pleasant but I would not rent again for more than one couple.

Best things about this apartment were it's size and location. It's a very spacious apartment with a nice common area for relaxing. it had large bedrooms and the MBR has tremendous closet space. We didn't cook but the kitchen was good-sized (especially for Paris) as well. The location was half a block from a Metro and easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. In addition, the apartment was well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. The Welcome2France folks were timely and did a great job explaining things. The only downside for this apartment is that the bathroom is accessed by walking through the master bed room. For us, that wasn't a problem. The MBR is quite large, so it's not like folks walk right by the bed. It's just something to be aware of. I would definitely rent here again.

This light and bright apartment is conveniently located and the area is safe. Kitchen is adequate but could use some better utensils for cooking. We loved the big dining room table to spread out and work on lap tops, have a glass of wine and relax. The beds are very comfortable and sheets and towels are excellent quality. Lower level bedroom has no bathroom and the stairs are a bit difficult to manage with no hand rail. Wifi is quick and reliable. Nice to have phone to call US. Welcome 2 France and welcome/point person is very quick to respond to our email messages and inquiries.
This is our second time to use Welcome 2 France and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

very pleasant location and interior decoration. Plenty of space and light, unobtrusive furniture, some good modern design. Good facilities. We had as much fun inside as outside.

We are back home now but I wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful visit to Paris and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. I have been to Paris twice before, however, at this apartment, I was happy to find that most of the attractions were within walking distance. We used the metro only one day and the Grands Boulevard metro stop was almost at our doorstep. I would like to suggest that you remove the Sentier metro stop from your website and just keep the Grands Boulevard stop.
I found Welcome 2 France extremely well organized and professional which is very important when arriving into a foreign country and having to rely on faith that everything is as you expect. Thanks to you and the rest of your team our experience with Welcome 2 France was better than expected. I will not hesitate recommending you to our friends.

Dear Welcome 2 France,
It was wonderful staying in apartment. The location was perfect, and the apartment decor was amazing, with everything in it we could possibly need.
The apartment was a very large size, and we were able to fit our team in very easily. However, there was not very much privacy due to the layout of the apartment, but for our use it did not matter so very much.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and certainly recommend it to others and would also consider staying again.
Thank you for all your help and assistance
Kind regards
Michelle

We are family of five who all loved staying in this apartment. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and extremely clean. Details like nice crisp cotton sheets made all the difference to us. The bathroom was particularly fun, showering amongst the plants.
We were met on arrival by Christel who showed us how things worked and provided information on the city. This was very helpful.

The apartment is nicely furnished, very spacious, easily accessible to metro. The beds were comfortable and the electronics were very up-to-date. It was perfect for my grown family of four. The steps to the downstairs room are very deep with no railing, which could create a problem for young children and elders, but not a problem for able adults. I would stay here again.
