Our visit was a trip for our daughter's sixtenth birthday and we decided to try something different and rent an apartment. This property had everything we were looking for.

It is in a beautiful residential community with great access to both the Metro and the RER, great patisserie shops, wine shop, and all sorts of tasty restaurants within walking distance. There was both a small grocery store and a larger food market nearby where we were able to get everything we wanted to prepare breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and eat in each morning. And despite there being few tourists in the area (something we really liked) all of the shopkeepers and restaurant staffs were very patient with our poor French and very helpful in figuring out what we wanted.

The apartment was on the second floor and had access both by stairs and an elevator (which we only used to take our luggage up and down). The living space was large and comfortable. Everything we needed was considered - high-speed internet, free calls to the us, cable tv (although remember that the majorty of stations are not in English - but you aren't in France to watch TV). The bedrooms were also large and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and the beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home. The terraces were lovely and great for enjoying a nice day. The kitchen had an american refrig/freezer which is uncommon and having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less.

The neighborhood was quiet and very safe and the apartment building had extensive security - both to get into the building as well as into the apartment, so anyone not comfortable traveling should feel very secure in this apartment.

We also took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport organized by the owner's agent which was excellent.

All-in-all, this experience has convinced us to never again stay in a boring hotel. We'll go for the local charm of an apartment and would highly recommend this one.

We were pleased to have the Welcome 2 France agent greet us at the apartment with keys in hand and provide some helpful hints regarding our apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment was bigger than we expected, very comfortable and safe (plenty of room for a family of 4). This apartment is less than a block from the C line, which can take you to central Paris in 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and had all the services (e.g., pharmacy, grocery stores and pastry/bread shops) in very short walking distance. Also, the Eiffel tower was close by (5 minutes on the C line or 20 minute walk). Near the Eiffel tower were world class bistros that we really enjoyed. Welcome 2 France made our vacation easy to plan (we also rented a place in Cannes) and we were much happier renting an apartment over staying in a hotel.

Spacious apartment for Paris! Comfortable, easy to get to, near two Metro choices. Comfortable beds, great tree lined terrace for private entertaining or just drinking your morning coffee. Neighborhood has everything you need in a two block distance. It's really like living like a Parisian.

Despite the miz up upon our arrival, this apartment was absolutely perfect for our family. It was well located in the 16th away from tourists however close enough to hop on the train to be in the mix of things. Great quality furnishings and fantastic sized kitchen for me to cook meals for my family. Jill was extremely helpful upon check in and out.

The apartment worked well. It was clean and well appointed. The location next to the RER train system made transportation around Paris very convenient.
The shower in the second bathroom needs a shelf for soap, shampoo etc.
We did get prompt responses from Jill, our contact, which were very helpful.
We will use Welcome2France again the next time we rent an apartment in Paris.
