Peace and quiet are a real luxury for most people: this splendid villa which stands alone on the hills of Santa Giulia, to the south of Porto Vecchio, will convince you of that! The few scattered villas around it underscore its complete privacy. Nothing blocks the exceptional view you get from the 180 sq. m terrace overlooking the landscape of rolling hills covered with scrubland: a setting that?s about as Corsican as you can get, especially if you add the beach of Santa Giulia, a couple of minutes drive away...
A haven of peace, the villa has every reason to put you in a real vacation mode. A large 12x6m swimming pool to cool off and try out a few laps, deckchairs for sunbathing and enjoying the view, the gas barbecue and the big table to accommodate all your guests for evenings in the open air. The vast living area, looking on to the outdoors, is made up of a living/dining area and a modern and practical kitchen. You?ll appreciate its bright and airy spaciousness! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, or shower room offering all the guests in the villa greater privacy and independence. Parking area and garage on the property. Gas barbecue on the terrace. The villa is entirely air-conditioned.
Household linen, kitchen, and bath towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made up just before you arrive. A weekly cleaning service is included, as is a complete house cleaning upon departure. You?ll also have some surprises in store to welcome you: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a little gourmet gift basket in the kitchen. Other services are also available on demand when you reserve.
The villa is located on the rolling hills to the south of Porto Vecchio. A very restful setting in the heart of the beautiful Corsican landscapes, and also near the marina and golf course of Santa Giulia, a classified and protected natural site: the beautiful beach down below (sand, crystal-clear water...), bordered by a pine forest and lake, is about 4 km from the villa, and you?ll find restaurants, a supermarket and assorted leisure activities less than a ten-minute drive away.
Beyond that, there are even more excursions in the area. The Santa Giulia estate is half an hour's drive from one of Corsica's must-see places, Porto Vecchio, with the charm of an old town, the 16th century Genoese fortresses, and the local shops with regional Corsican produce? With restaurants, cafes, bars, and daytrips, watersports, sailing, and activities, the resort's success is proven every summer. Don't miss the famous Palombaggia beach, or the Aiguilles de Bavella in the Corsican mountains, in the surrounding areas.
