situated in a beautiful old building right in the centre of Cannes. It features flawless additions like air-conditioning, new appliances, free wifi, and a flat-screen TV making it a perfect pied-a-terre for a comfortable stay in the Riviera city.

The open-plan living area and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two-person sofa bed, a dining table with 4 seating.

The open kitchen is completely equipped with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, hob, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. Bedroom 1 has twin or large double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and WC. While bedroom 2 has twin or large double bed, ensuite shower room with WC.

This apartment is centrally located just opposite the train station. Many shops and supermarket are right next to the residence. It is a 5-minute walk to the famous Croisette and the beaches. It is 2 minutes from Rue d’Antibes with its luxury boutiques.

In the evening, stroll through the streets of Suquet - the old Cannes with its numerous restaurant terraces. Fall in love with the view of the town and port. You are right next to the covered Forvilla market (held daily) with its delicious local produce. Take a 15-minute boat ride to the Lérins Islands - two islands surrounded by crystalline waters opposite Cannes bay.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
