This unique 2 bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor of a classic French building with not one, but two elevator access. The key feature of the apartment is as well that everyone enjoys a balcony or terrace – from both bedrooms and from the living room. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Enter into the apartment and you will see the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen also includes a bar counter with standing stools, as well as all modern amenities such as a kettle, toaster, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The full height fridge and freezer is also top-grade and can store plenty of groceries.

The dining table can seat four guests and the living room has a long sofa and one additional arm chair. The wall-mounted television has international television channels, or you may choose to read a book from the bookshelf if you prefer literary leisure instead!

The apartment shares one bathroom and separated WC, which is accessed from the living room. It is tremendously spacious, for Parisian standards, and accommodates both a washer and a dryer, as well as double basin. The standing shower is also very large and has a modern rain shower head. Towels are provided.

The first bedroom next to the living room has a double bed and a night table. The second bedroom, which is larger, opens out to a balcony and has a queen sized bed, a writing desk, wardrobe and night table.

The 15th arrondissement is a genteel neighbourhood which extends south of the Eiffel Tower until the Porte de Versailles, and includes Montparnasse as well. Within this neighbourhood, the key sights include L´Ecole Militaire (The Military School), the Bir-Hakeim bridge, Musée Pasteur and of course, one of the best views in Paris – the Montparnasse tower 56 floors high with its panoramic views.

It is primarily the administrative heart of the city, and therefore its most populous one – giving rise to a number of shops especially near the Montparnasse station. Near the station is ‘little Bretagne’ (Gaîté - Edgar Quinet area) owing to the number of trains coming from the north and arriving in Montparnasse – many Parisians come here for the best crepes in the city. The Atlantique garden near the station as well, is the largest suspended garden in Europe.

Fans of sculptures will also enjoy the Musée Bourdelle, and if you are interested in the resistance movement during the WWII, the Mémorial du Maréchal de Hauteclocque is not to be missed.

As the area is home to a large number of Parisians, the area also provides ample boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets and speciality food stores, as well as market streets.
