The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable and the neighborhood also was so quiet that we just enjoyed our stay in this vacation.. We had all we need and that made easy just to concentrate in spending our time only for what we came for.. I can only recommend this apartment and supporting team to everyone. Thank you very much. Hope to come back soon)

My husband and I traveled to Paris with our 2 teenaged children (16 & 13). This apartment was a nice alternative to 2 hotel rooms. We had 2 bedrooms and a living space to spread out a bit. The apartment was clean and neat and just as the photos show. The driver was at the airport to pick us up and the representative was at the apartment waiting on us even though it was early on a Sunday morning. The elevator is a bit comical - it's tiny, only 2 people and it does not go all the way up - you still have to haul your luggage up 6 steps, but not a deal breaker since you only do that on arrival and departure. The air conditioner is a small machine that leaked water all over the floor, but thankfully it was cool and by opening both windows there was an awesome breeze so that did not become an issue. The clothes dryer is not very useful - clothes dried quicker on the drying rack than in the "dryer", but the washer was fine and with a bit of planning, the dryer was a non-issue as well. The hair dryer was malfunctioning. When we called to report the issue about the air conditioner and hair dryer, they were promptly there the next morning to handle the issues. Very good response. The bedrooms at night are very dark and could use new/additional lighting. The bathroom, shower and kitchen were small, but totally fine and nicely done. The beds, pillows, linens were all very comfortable. The very best thing about this apartment was the LOCATION! We were near a small grocery store and plenty of places to eat. We were 2 blocks from the Place de la Concorde and well situated for touring. We were a block from a metro station that made getting around this city very easy. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was comfortable allowing my 16 year old son out on his own to roam around a bit while the rest of us went elsewhere. Overall, it was a great week in Paris. The apartment had a few quirks in it, but nothing that negatively affected our stay. The company was quick to respond and most helpful with getting everything squared away and taken care of. We would all recommend this company and this apartment to other families.

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights in April 2016 as a couple and a 6 year old child, while one of us was running the Paris marathon.
The apartment was really well located in between Madeleine and Concorde, set on the top floor with a small lift.
We used the taxi collection from Gare du Nord which worked well, despite the general craziness there!
Beds & pillows were very comfortable, as was the sofa and seating. Everything worked in the kitchen (fridge freezer/washer/ dryer dishwasher, etc). The shower was great and the bathroom was a good size. There is a FranPrix supermarket just down the street. Everything was explained really well by our greeter. Wifi worked perfectly. We didn't really use the tv but there appeared to be a fair few channels available.
There was a small amount of traffic noise, but nothing which disturbed our sleep.
A few previous reviews mentioned the lack of air con - a unit appears to now have been installed, although we did not need to use it in April.
Would recommend if you want a comfortable, convenient small apartment in the heart of Paris. Would also recommend Welcome2France - communication was good throughout.

THIS IS A GREAT APARTMENT: The apartment is located in a great location and is perfect for tourists. The old Madeleine Church is an excellent landmark. They also do concerts there weekly.
On the same street as the apartment are two very good French Restaurants, and others are around the corner and nearby. There is a good pastry shop almost downstairs.
From the Boissy d'Anglas II, one can walk to the Louvre or the Musee d'Orsay in about 15 minutes; to the Palace des Invalides (Napoleon's Tomb) in 10 minutes; to the "rue Cler" for their weekend open market in 40 minutes; from rue Cler to the Eiffel Tower in 10 minutes; and from the Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe in 20 minutes. We used the Underground Rapid Transit to go to the Notre Dame, Sorbonne, French Quarter, Pantheon, and the Sacre-Coeur Basilica.
SAM is a very nice greeter. We enjoyed our contacts with him. In setting up the Rental Agreement, ALICIA and the booking staff were very professional and nice. The private taxi service was excellent and on time! Thanks Sam and Alicia.
The apartment building is old, but it is very nice. It is a quiet building. There was almost no outside street noise (even though there is some ongoing construction nearby). If we had one complaint it would be that the apartment lighting and lamps in the living area (couch and table area) and in the bedrooms need increased - I found the apartment to be too dark even with the lights on. The kitchen and bathroom are well lighted.
If we were to go back to Paris, I would contact Welcome2France and rent the same apartment if it was available. WE LIKED IT AND ITS LOCATION VERY MUCH.
