Mouffetard - Monge I
EJ Cheah, 11/28/2017 - 10/10
This apartment is brilliant!  Located in Rue Monge in a vibrant neighborhood of the 5th arrondissement, it is surrounded by a wide variety of shops including no less than five boulangeries/pattiseries, two supermarkets, a fishmonger, a butcher, multiple banks with ATMs and three metro stations, all within 5 minutes walk.  One metro station is just opposite the apartment in street to it. Rue Monge is one street away from Rue Mouffetard which is packed wth restaurants and the fabulous market which opens six days a week except Monday.  There is mini fresh food market in the Rue Monge metro square down the road every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The apartment was recently renovated. The living and dining area is large with a good quality and comfortable sofa bed. The bedrooms are spacious with sufficient storage for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well maintained with a great oven, a medium sized fridge and a dishwasher. The bathroom is very well laid out and one of the most functional bathrooms I have come across in the multiple  WTF apartments I have stayed in Paris.  It has a very useful vanity with dual sinks in addition to a wall mounted vanity, a spacious shower recess, enough wall hooks for towels and clothes, a large wall mounted heater, which heats the bathroom effectively. Give this apartment a go if you are looking to stay in a traditional but "non-touristy" area of Paris. This is the best apartment we have stayed in Paris. It is one we would be happy to stay in again.

Cannes - Palm Spring Villa
Michele Friel, 08/31/2017 - 10/10
We loved our stay in Cannes. This was our second time staying at the villa and we had a wonderful time. The pool was enjoyable, the setting was relaxing and the villa was in great shape. The fridge was also stocked with a few essentials when we arrived and we got fresh croissants the morning after, which was really appreciated. The host was most helpful and pleasant and he was kind enough to bring us to the city center most days as well as to visit Saint-Paul-de-Vence and to transport us back to the airport on our last day. We will definitely return! Thanks for everything, Jacky!

We loved our stay at N.D. Galande. This was our second time renting the apartment because it was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The terrace was a treasure and we enjoyed it every evening. In addition to the lovely living room, there were several other areas to hang out and relax after a full day of sight-seeing.

Welcome2France offered our family the chance to experience a trip of a lifetime! World travel brings with it much more cause for caution and concern for personal safety and security than it used to. We all felt safe, inspired and in the best of capable hands every step of the way! Our particular Parisian flat was immediately comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean and private! It was truly a home away from home where everything worked perfectly. The communication and organizational components were tended to with warmth, precision and expediency, therefore allowing us to immerse ourselves in the real fun almost immediately. Welcome2France offered more personalized services than any hotel chain or airbnb ever could. It was precious money and time well spent! A dream vacation without any hitches or worries! Thank-you all so much! We'd do it all again in a heartbeat♥️

We stayed in this apartment for a long time and loved it. For one, this is a wonderful part of the 5th arrondissement, full of stores and restaurants and not as touristy as other parts of the city. It is centrally located, easy to get anywhere by foot, or bike, of subway. The apartment itself has a large living room, a well appointed kitchen, a modern bathroom, and two very nice bedrooms. Everything is modern, clean, well lit. It can get a bit hot during warm summer days, but the owners have left three fans. Alicia (our contact before and during the rental) was a model of professionalism. Highly-recommended.

Excellent option for a stay in the great Montparnasse area, minutes walking distance from several subway Stations, shops, myriads of restaurants, Luxembourg gardens, Also close to Quartier Latin and Seine riverside using either romantic historical areas or shopping streets, all nice and lively ! We stayed twice in the apartment with my wife and son, 12 days at all. The apartment itself is large, luminous and fully equipped, Totally quiet and protected from street noise with a nice interior garden. The bathrooms are OK and efficient but could opportunely receive a more modern design. No doubt we'll select the same option if available when we come back to Paris.

We were very pleased with this apartment and the wonderful service provided by Welcome 2 France. Everything was very efficient and friendly........reserving, paying, arranging access, car transfer service, orientation, etc.... The apartment is in a great location and met all of our needs. Being on the sixth floor and the tiny elevator were a challenge for those of us who aren't in great shape....but this was communicated to us in advance. It's the price you pay for the great views. We would be happy to stay here again and will call on Welcome 2 France for our future visits.

The Rue Cler apartment will give anyone a true Parisian experience. You better have strong legs to make it up and down the stairs, but we are a young family so it was no problem. The unit has a smartly appointed kitchen and space is well used. The phone , television and all electronic devices were in good working order and updated. It is advertised as a 4 person unit, but it is really made for a couple. The pull out sofa bed is tiny and really made for a smaller adult or two little children. My kids are 14 and 11 it was not suitable for them to share. So for a young couple I give this place a 10, a family of 4 it gets an 8, and I would not try and squeeze 4 adults in here. Older peolple with knee and back problems will have trouble with the stairs. The location is amazing. It is on a quiet sidestreet of Rue Cler which is essentially blocked off to traffic. Close to shopping, the train system and easy to use Uber. Dealing with the rental company was great. Their driver was there to pick us up at the airport and their agent was waiting for us at the apartment with keys. He gave is a nice tour and orientation. I thought this place was a good value and we had an outstanding time using it as our base to explore the city.

Great apartment with everything you'll need for your stay. Walking distance of most must sees in Paris. Plenty of space for 2 couples or families. Very quiet apartment. The kitchen is wonderful with large 2 door refrigerator and freezer.

Just returned from a wonderful adventure in Paris and staying in this apartment made all the difference. The unit is centrally located, the metro is so convenient and provides easy access to all of the fabulous museums you'll want to explore. Additionally, this is a very walkable location and you can reach all of the great cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bookstores and shops easily and quickly. You are located in the middle of everything Paris has to offer and very quickly you feel like a local Parisian. Of course being able to walk along the Seine River to see the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle at night is just the icing on the cake! This is our second time staying with Welcome 2 France and it was very nice to have Valentin as our greeter once again. Valentin is a professional, kind, personable individual who goes out of his way to make sure you know everything about the apartment, where the local shops are located and how the various devices work. The guidebook that he has placed in the apartment is very useful too, in the event that you forget a detail. As I said, a kind, professional, friendly individual who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I have to comment on the excellent décor of this apartment!! I love to read and seeing the book themed wallpaper gave me ideas for my own home. Everything in the apartment is so clean, comfortable, cozy with a very unique design. The apartment is decorated in a French style and you feel very Parisian when you stay there. The large windows open on to the street below and it was wonderful to open them and listen to all of the sounds of the City. The bathrooms are fabulous and the towels so soft! The beds are super comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us very cool during some hot days in the City. I found the kitchen very interesting and unique. Housed in a large cupboard, the kitchen had everything you needed while being very compact. Truly unique! All in all, an awesome apartment and one that I can't wait to return to the next time I visit Paris.

Nice location, comfortable. Close to a major street, so I will be more careful next time with our selection. One final thought: put up some sheers in addition to the drapery. It would allow sunlight to come in and brighten up the apartment while getting rid of the "fish bowl" effect. We know there are the roll down covers, but that defeats the purpose of getting some light into the apartment, still allowing some sense of "Hey, this is a great place." Putting the shutters down changes the fish bowl effect to an isolated feeling, no sense of where you are or what you part of, temporary as it might be.

Montorgeuil - Petits Carreaux 3 Bedrooms
Steve Hychka, 07/04/2017 - 9/10
The apartment is as described. Welcome 2 France staff are competent and accommodating. Our process worked perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. We loved the layout, the complete kitchen and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. This is a great place to vacation with family or friends. The location is noisy...garbage trucks early, school children during the day and folks enjoying the scene at night. However, this is a small price to pay for being close to EVERYTHING! Montorgueil is a fantastic street to live on. Back home I walk our groceries farther to the car than I did to our apartment. Being so very close the Sentier Metro makes getting anywhere in any weather very easy. The ladies do not like the washer/dryer combo you find in most Paris apartments because they only do a small load and are very slow. Another small price.

The apartment was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing - we were in Paris during high temperatures. We have rented several times and this apartment's kitchen was not equipped well. We also did not feel the basics were stocked very well.

Stayed for nine days in June recently and wish to comment as follows: Location is unsurpassable; greeting coordination with and by Valentin impecable. Timing of same, very punctual.Met water supply shortage upon arrival, due to repairs carried out in the building, sorted in three hours, whilst we fled for lunch.Appartment clean and luminous, would say that this space is the most pleasant we have rented in the last five years. neighborhood quiet and we care to say safe. restaurants close by, to meet anybodies capacity; stores two or three blocks away. Balance, will try to come back when and if we need to stay.If may be allowed,as a shy suggestion, I feel that it would turn his apartment into perfection to add a few more items such as cutlery, kitchenware; glasses; a couple of small side tables in the living room and night tables, perhaps a more modern trash can instead of a bucket, not much more Thank you welcome2france.com

My stay at this apartment was perfect. It is beautifully furnished and in a great location. I was met at the train by the driver and delivered to the airport when leaving. The greeter was most helpful, as was the guardian and other people in the building. I can recommend it without reservation. I understand that Welcome to France has other properties available and I will use them again.

Notre Dame - Galande
James McNeil, 06/22/2017 - 10/10
We have used Welcome2France before so were sure their suggestion on Notre Dame-Galande was a good one for our party of 4 adults. When we got there and actually saw this gorgeous apartment, we could not believe our eyes. The photos online do not do it justice. Our stay was to be for 2 weeks and we loved every minute. From watching the Eiffel Tower each night light up then twinkle on the hour, to watching Notre Dame come alive at night with all the various night life and happenings in the square. Our street Rue Galande was very typical of the area, with restaurants, coffee shops, crepe shops and grocery and bakery within 2 blocks. One of our favorites on our corner is La Solita Taverna (Italian) with the coldest beer around and across the street La Dante (French Bostro). The crepe shop downstairs - Les Galandines was also special. Our bakery -Bertrands is only2 blocks away and there are 2 Grocery stores (Carrefour and Franprix) within 2 blocks walk to get your daily needs. If you walk 2 blocks down Rue Galande and cross Rue Sainte-Jacques you will be on Rue Saint-Severin (next to Eglise Saint-Severin Church). On this short 3 block street you will find at least 50 restaurants with 3 course meals offered from 10euros which we tried many of that were all great. At night, we would retreat to the Rooftop Terrace and watch Paris come alive in lights. From Notre Dame across the street, to the Eiffel Tower to Scare Couer in the distance, it all can be seen from this magical apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment to all. We were 2 couples that preferred our space and this apartment allowed the privacy we needed with Master down and 2 bedrooms up.

We loved this Apt! We come to Paris every year for 2 weeks and have stayed in many places this was by far our favorite for a long stay. The apt feels homey not cold and ultra modern as some it is very well appointed with plenty of hangers and for a Paris apt a good amount of storage. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook not that we did any cooking.. Its bright cheerful and has a great view out the balcony windows see all the action in St Germain. The location can not be beat. The rental process, cleaner & every person we were in contact was great.... I dont give it 10/10 because of it only having one bathroom for 3 people We will stay again!

Fantastic location. Warm weather, so the air conditioning was a bonus. Everything was as promised. Three week stay was just what I wanted. Only improvement I would suggest is a dining table to sit at.
