The sea, the Mediterranean, the sun, and you! This villa in the stunning Campomoro Bay was designed to fully enjoy the pleasures of both the beach and the sea, with complete authenticity, and the sole and rare luxury consisting of being at the waterfront!
Its wooden terrace, slightly overlooking the beach, is a living area in its own right thanks to its outdoors siting area, sheltered by a canopy, its large table to have lunch in the shade of the parasol and its comfortable deckchairs. You can spend hours there without getting tired of the view over the sea, and of the changing colours and lights throughout the day. And the evenings spent there with the pleasant sound of the waves in the background are just magical.
The understated and light interior isn’t outdone thanks to a pleasant living room on the ground floor, opening up on the terrace. The terra cotta floors, the white walls, the wooden and stone chimney, and the handmade ceramics give the place a rustic Mediterranean and tasteful atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen opens up on the living/dining room.
On the same floor, two bedrooms open up on the terrace: one double bedroom and one bedroom for children with two twin beds and a mezzanine with additional bedding, easy to reach thanks to a raw wooden ladder, in a very seaside-like style. A large blue bathroom with a bathtub and toilets is located at the end of the hallway.
The large parental bedroom is on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom and a mosaic shower, and, most importantly, a balcony with a panoramic view over the Bay: a pleasure to indulge in from the suspended hammock to your heart’s content!
From the terrace, you only have to go down a few steps to land on the beach: a unique place for your dream holidays under the Corsican sun!
The villa is facing the Campomoro Bay. This charming fishing village is located at the southernmost tip of the Gulf of Valinco, a listed and protected site. This is a very nice town: a place to experience the typical Corsican atmosphere of conviviality. The Campomoro beach is a naturally protected cove, with calm and colourful waters: turquoise blues by the beach and intense blues at open sea. This beautiful fine sandy beach is overlooked by the Genoese tower, keeper of the place, built on a rocky peak. The nearby Maquis and Mediterranean rocks put the final touch to this dream landscape.
The villa is located 12 kilometres away from Propriano. You can come by ferry from Marseille and land in Propriano, or from Toulon, and land in Ajaccio.
If you are traveling by air, the airport of Ajaccio is a 1 hour 30 minutes drive.
Campomoro is an authentic village with its church and the bells that you can still hear ringing. There are bars and restaurants, fishermen, a small grocery store, a renowned diving centre, a kayak base, hiking trails, and the largest Genoese tower in southern Corsica.
Just 12 kilometres away is the marina of Propriano, with its shops and boat harbour. Six miles away is the picturesque village of Sartène with its narrow streets that run between the authentic gray granite houses. The central place where most people find themselves is on the terraces of the cafes that surround the pedestrian shopping streets.

Even further, a 45 minute drive away, sits the amazing town of Bonifacio, built on top of a white limestone and steep cliff.
Take a boat trip to visit the caves, cliffs, or Lavezzi islands, which have been listed as a nature reserve. You can also choose to take a refreshing walk in the mountains and walk on one of the many trails in the Bavella forest park... A week’s stay is not enough to discover all the natural resources in the south of Corsica!
