The living room of this apartment features a comfortable sofa-bed (folds out into a queen size bed), several wooden chairs with intricate etchings, a coffee table, flat-screen cable TV, phone service and fast wifi. The bedroom in this apartment is fairly large and can accommodate up to 4 people. The queen-sized bed in this room may be split to form two single beds whenever you wish. Nice location, comfortable. Close to a major street, so I will be more careful next time with our selection. One final thought: put up some sheers in addition to the drapery. It would allow sunlight to come in and brighten up the apartment while getting rid of the "fish bowl" effect. We know there are the roll down covers, but that defeats the purpose of getting some light into the apartment, still allowing some sense of "Hey, this is a great place." Putting the shutters down changes the fish bowl effect to an isolated feeling, no sense of where you are or what you part of, temporary as it might be.

Fantastic location. Warm weather, so the air conditioning was a bonus. Everything was as promised. Three week stay was just what I wanted. Only improvement I would suggest is a dining table to sit at.

My wife and I selected Welcome2France to arrange our accommodations while celebrating our 5th Wedding Anniversary in Paris based on a colleagues recommendation. Needless to say, our expectations were high and W2F exceeded them! All services: booking the apartment, helping us with tailored specific needs, and the apartment itself – WONDERFUL! The initial apartment we were interested in wasn't available but Alicia asked us to clarify our specific needs and immediately offered us a variety of options – leading to our rental of Champs Elysees - George V II. Her personal touch and W2F’s impressive website guided us through the entire process efficiently, professionally and effective manner. We can’t thank Alicia enough for her exceptional and friendly assistance – above-and-beyond just renting the apartment. We had additional specific needs ((i.e. apartment specifics, drivers, restaurants, tours, unique needs, etc.), - she excelled in assisting us setting up things – really added value to our experience with W2F and our Anniversary Vacation. Thanks Alicia!!! The apartment itself … we were met by Allan who was most friendly, professional and courteous. He explained the apartment wasn’t ready yet as the prior occupants left late. It worked into our plans to see the neighborhood and grab a bite to eat. Later, we met with Allan who gave us a thorough run through of the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, secure, spacious, clean, with lightning Wi-Fi, well maintained and supplied for day-to-day living. The only issue we had was the refrigerator / freezer – it didn’t function well. One call to Allan had him immediately at the apartment – doing his utmost to resolve the issue. He was successful in getting the unit functioning adequately – assuring us that it would be reviewed with the owner for complete resolution in future. We felt comfortable knowing that if any assistance would be needed – Allan was well suited to meet our needs. Very comforting. It was a pleasure coming back to the apartment after touring Paris and surrounds. It felt like home away from home. Very pleasant. When it was time to return home – Allan was again most friendly, professional and courteous in going through the departure memo / process.
