DESCRIPTION
This spacious 175m2 three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment couldn't be more Parisian with it's Haussmann architecture, high ornate ceilings, two marble fireplaces, a long balcony, large renaissance style original mirrors and original wooden floors. This property is for long-term rentals that can accommodate up to six guests.
Newly renovated and decorated with stylish modern and antique furniture, this lovely abode is very welcoming and makes you feel like a true Parisian. The living room has a long L-shaped sofa that can sit six people including a 65 inch LED TV which has basic English channels (CNN, BBC, etc). The opening dining room has an antique wooden table that can sit up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, brand new washer and dryer just to name a few.
There are three large bedrooms; the first is equipped with a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both have two single beds. The bathroom is modern and has a bathtub/shower and double vanity unit. The toilets are independent (separate).
The building is very secure and quite, high standard with elevator and concierge. The area is very safe and quite at night. The city hall of Paris 8th and the music conservatory are close as the police station within just few steps from the apartment. The Rome street is lovely with a lot of musical shops (instruments). You will be in the middle of the main points of interest of Paris, as the boulevard Haussmann and Grands Magasins (Printemps, Galleries Lafayette, this area a real shopping heaven), Place de la Madeleine, Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, Champs Elysées, Opéra, ...

NEIGHBORHOOD
The area is very safe and quite at night. The city hall of Paris 8th and the music conservatory are close as the police station within just few steps from the apartment. The rue de Rome is the street of the artists in Paris, because of many musical shops with amazing store fronts as it is the home of most of the luthiers in Paris ! The music academy is near. You are very close to all the traditional Paris points of interested:
5 minutes - Batignolles area and the Gare Saint Lazare (many shops and bars), la place de Villiers et la rue de Levis,
10 minutes - Opéra, les Grands Magasins et des Champs Elysées, Parc Monceau, place de Clichy, place de la Madeleine,
> 10 minutes - Montmartre, le Sacré Coeur et Pigalle,

The 'rue de levis' (traditional shopping pedestrian street) at Villiers corner is amazing with his fruits and vegetables traditional parisian market. The products are fresh and quality. The biological market of the Batignolles, every saturday morning is famous in Paris.
The Parc Monceau and square des Batignolles are ideal for a walk, spend time with childrens or to do some sport ! Many peoples finds inspiration there ! (10 minutes from the apartment).
Recently open a new and large supermarket MONOP' just across the street. There is two other supermarkets at less than 5 minutes from the apartment : AUCHAN and CARREFOUR. There is a mega store at rue de Levis (Levis street) MONOPRIX as a traditional Parisian market. You will find a lot of bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, specialized shops (Biological, frozen (Picard), Russian, Italian, Asian, Le Nôtre, caterers, local butchers and sea food market, ...) and many others around the apartment (few minutes) !
