This is the second time I am renting in Paris with Welcome2france. As last time, the rental process was really smooth from the very beginning to the end. Alicia (from the welcome2france team) was always available and quickly answered all my email even with my smallest doubts about the apartment details . The key meeting was perfect and she was there even before me.The checkout was also very precise. The apartment is super new ,very well located and perfectly equipped. The building is a typical french one,it has a gorgeous "cour' and is absolutely charming and super safe, located right in front of Le Polidor cave. The only missing point at the apartment is a whole-body. mirror (I am a girl, anyway!) but Alicia already said that she will take care of that! All in all ,I strongly recommend both the apartment and Welcome2france and I will definitely rent this place again.

Lovely apartment with a comfortable bed and a great location. It could use a full length mirror. We were met promptly and oriented very nicely to the unit.

This is a great choice for a centrally located Paris apartment and in person is exactly how it looks on the website. Like all Paris apartments it's not a massive place but is surprisingly roomy and livable. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and closet and the flow to the living room makes it feel larger. The bathroom is a typically small Parisian style bathroom but the shower itself is roomy. The best part is the awesome central location in SG-DP. It's walkable to almost anywhere and right in the heart of one of the best parts of Paris. The apartment is very clean and modern and shares its courtyard with a building that is part commercial so is closed and quiet at night. The greeter was very professional and knowledgeable and helped with the few questions we had. All in all a very great choice for our vacation that we would unquestionably stay in again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is just as the photos look and as it is described. The bed is huge and comfortable. The apartment complex is safe, with a beautiful gated courtyard and access code or key fob required to get in the gate and then through the first entry. It's the perfect amount of space for spending a week or two in Paris.
Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - in fact we rarely used the metro because the apartment is so close to everything, including many of the sites.
Sam was a wonderful host - offering great recommendations for restaurants/bars/things to do.
We had a minor miscommunication when we first arrived about when our check-in was. I would have been less stressed about it had I gotten any sleep the night before, or had we had international phones (didn't think we'd need them; very thankful for the employee at the hotel across the street who allowed me to use his phone). Sam was very apologetic, but the other two individuals I worked with were not, one trying to put the blame on me (I had a confirmed check-in time). Sam's kindness made up for it though!
We'll be using Welcome 2 France next time we visit Paris!

I stayed at the St Germain des Pres- Prince apartment in April, 2014 with my 2 daughters. The apartment was exactly as advertised...brand new, well equipped with modern furnishing, comfortable beds & linens. The size was great for the 3 of us & could have easily accommodated a 4th person. The beds were large by Paris standards (it seems rare to find a king-sized bed) & the pillows & duvets were overstuffed (which is also difficult to find in Paris). The location was amazing....close to both Metro & RER stations which allowed for easy access to all the popular tourist spots. There were many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, along with a market for buying groceries. I was quite reluctant to book an online apartment because I had no prior experience doing this. The Welcome2France team (Alicia) was excellent and walked me through the process from start to finish. The online booking page was extremely user-friendly and staff were available to assist us throughout our stay. Andy & Sam were very helpful with the check in/out process as well as a couple of MINOR maintenance issues. Overall, a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend them to others. I would stay there again without hesitation.
