A contemporary and cosy 2 bedroom apartment located on the 5th French floor (with elevator access) is one of Paris’ best kept secrets in the 8th arrondissement. Located walking distance from Paris’ most famous boulevard, the Champs Elysees, yet removed enough from the thoroughfare, the apartment was also recently renovated and refurbished in Autumn 2015.

In the living room is a convertible (double) sofa bed, situated right next to the decorative fireplace, and coffee table. Modern art pieces adorn the walls, giving the apartment a fresh and vibrant feel, complimented with its colourful furniture. The living room also has a television which caters for international television channels. Just adjacent to the living room is the dining room which can seat up to six.
Across the hallway, the kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, with its white cabinets presenting a clean and modern feel. It has a gas stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dishwasher as well as an extra kitchen preparation side table to whip up a fancy French meal right in the comforts of your own home.
The two bedrooms are of equal size, and share a separated bathroom and WC. The clean white sheets accentuated with brightly coloured throw pillows add a sense of style to the calming nture of the bedrooms. The bathroom is spacious with double-sinks and bathtub with shower. Both bedrooms each have a wardrobe and night table, with bedside lamps while one has a queen sized double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The bedroom with 2 single beds overlooks the courtyard while the other bedroom overlooks the street.
