The rue Bonaparte is in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in all of Paris, just a few steps from the Boulevard St. Germain and the church of St. Germain des Prés, yet with an air of privacy and calm in a district which exudes vitality and all the charms of Old Paris. We loved this Apt! We come to Paris every year for 2 weeks and have stayed in many places this was by far our favorite for a long stay. The apt feels homey not cold and ultra modern as some it is very well appointed with plenty of hangers and for a Paris apt a good amount of storage. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook not that we did any cooking.. Its bright cheerful and has a great view out the balcony windows see all the action in St Germain. The location can not be beat. The rental process, cleaner & every person we were in contact was great.... I dont give it 10/10 because of it only having one bathroom for 3 people We will stay again!

I stayed in this apartment with 3 generations - my mother, aunt, sister and daughter and it was perfect for everyone. Three contained bedrooms with comfortable beds and a huge living dining space for Paris. The appliances were easy to manage and the kitchen adequate for heating and serving foot - not outfitted for cooking from scratch to a large degree. The location was amazing in terms of access to 2 subways, pharmacy, grocery and a large selection of cafes and restos. Perhaps a bit noisy if you are in the front bedroom as its a very lively area. Very safe at all hours as its higher end Paris with lots of entertainment and nightlife nearby. Loved it!

We stayed in this apartment from 6-20-2015 to 6-27-2015. The location is perfect and central to many favorite locations including the Louvre and the Latin Quarter and less than one block from the two famous cafes-Café Flores and Les Deax Magots. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. We found the beds to be very comfortable for the five of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a nice little french meal. A coffee maker was advertised, however only a french press was provided. We arranged transportation on the Welcome2france site and we were completely satisfied and pleased with Noel. He was prompt, friendly and dependable, in fact he waited with us at the apartment until our greeter showed up 30 minutes late. Our only concerns seemed to revolve around our greeters. Both on arrival and departure, the person who we were told would be meeting us turned out to be different. On arrival, our greeter was 30 minutes late, stating there was confusion on the mode and time of our arrival (even though Noel picked us up on time and at the correct place) Aaron was apologetic for " never having been in this apartment"- therefore not familiar with the apartment. He quickly went through the orientation, at this point he made us aware that we should note preexisiting problems with the apartment in order to not be found responsible. We were quite tired after traveling 24 hours but we found a few items including a broken toilet seat which sat loose on the toilet and was not replaced- uncomfortable at best. On departure we had set a meeting time of 5pm, we waited a total of 2 hours for our greeter to arrive during which time we attempted to call and email Welcome2france. Finally, we remembered we had our driver Noel's number and texted him and he was able to get through to our greeter, we were then told to " just leave the keys and lock the door behind us." Overall, we would rent again with this company as the application process is streamlined on their website and the apartment was as advertised.
