Exceptional and elegant-- these two words are the best descriptions for this stunning Paris apartment rental. The Passy - Raphael is a 'rare' abode located in an equally high-coveted area in Paris. A 3-suite, 3-bathroom property, it is in the heart of the 16th district, near Paris' most iconic landmarks. The vacation rental sits on the topmost French floor of a well-maintained modern building built in the 1950's with its own garden, which has been retrofitted with a private elevator, for ease of access.

Due to its style and location, this apartment requires a minimum of 6 months to be rented.

The lovely abode's stunning location is one of the best things about it: from the windows, you get a commanding view of the Parisian skyline and some sights that surround it. One side of the luxury penthouse is literally wrapped with terraces, from which you can view the city below, including the Eiffel Tower. You may also enjoy meals here, as well. The configuration of this luxury home is one of many reasons why it is the ideal Parisian home. It boasts a living room that is spacious and bright, and a long list of amenities that give the apartment a comfortable ambiance. French windows line the walls of the living room, inviting sunlight into this Parisian home. There are comfy seats here, along with a wide TV for your entertainment. Some of the decor in the living and dining areas are designer pieces, fit for a king. These give the home an even blend of old and new.

All-in-all, the property is spread throughout 200 square meters of space, with 120 square meters of open terraces.

Like the living room, the dining area is decorated with breathtaking decor and furnishings. The main highlight of the dining area is an exquisite table with 8 comfortable seats.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest, modern appliances and equipment needed to prepare light or full meals. It comes fitted with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and enough glassware and silverware for your group.

Moving onto the sleeping suites: the master suite of this home has a king-sized bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The next bedroom has a king-sized bed, as well as its own bathroom. Expect the same configuration in the third bedroom. Like the first two, it has a spacious bed and a bathroom. For your maximum comfort, this stunning property is furnished with ample closets in the rooms, and stunning furnishings.

For your convenience, there is a designated parking spot for this apartment, but please ask for availability.

If you are coming with a larger group, there is also another studio of 10 square meters in the same building, which may be rented.
