This fully renovated, Paris apartment, located on the 2nd French floor (no elevator/lift), redesigned by an architect, is a marvelous 'pied-a-terre' in the Louvre area.

This furnished Paris apartment offers a beautiful combination of charming 18th-century spirit and contemporary necessities. The elegant and rich space is filled with an artistic blend of French styling and other aesthetic charms. The living room features an antique 'bibliotheque directoire' and upscale furnishings. Three large windows make it very bright and sunny. Original features of this vacation apartment in Paris have been carefully restored, including original prestigious Parquet de Versailles floors, mouldings and a stone fireplace (for decoration use only).

After recent renovations the apartment has two similar archways next to each other. These archways take you to a spacious, bright and romantic living room with sparkling crystal chandeliers, a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, and now a bar in the middle, making it 'the ultimate' when it comes to luxury settings.

This Paris furnished apartment has a bright, tastefully decorated, recently renovated kitchen, for your morning breakfast or light meals at home. The kitchen is just next to the living room and comes equipped with an oven, ample space for kitchen tools and food, necessities, and a 2-in-1 washer/dryer in the extended kitchen area. The entrance opens to the left, onto a charming bedroom with a brand new queen-size bed (1m60). The bedroom, which faces the courtyard, is very quiet, with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, full shower and separated toilet.

NEIGHBORHOOD

This is the geographical centre of Paris and a haven for tourists. The Louvre, Les Halles and the Palais Royal are all here. This neighbourhood is in the heart of the old city of Paris on the Right bank (Rive Droite) of the River Seine. It is home to some of Paris' most magnificent and signature buildings and attractions, including the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Tuileries gardens and the Place Vendome. Five star hotels and top restaurants can be found everywhere, as well as top shops such as Cartier and Chanel. This location is ideal for a Paris apartment rental whether it is for short term stay or long term stay, for the only reason that everything is really walking distance, the Louvre, les Halles and its biggest paris shopping centre, the Marais as well as the left bank with the Saint Germain des Pres area, Notre Dame Church and Saint Michel with the Sorbonne area.

The nearest metro stations are Louvre- Palais Royal and Les Halles (direct access to airports and Disneyland) and Louvre (direct access to Concorde, Champs Elysees and the Marais).

We were pleased with the apartment's location and amenities. The Greeter was there when we arrived and was very thorough with his introduction to the apartment and the expectations of the renter. The US representative was also very helpful. The front windows are huge and the drapes are inadequate to block out the street lights and morning light. All of the bed pillows are extraordinarily uncomfortable. The old parquetry floor makes creaking-cracking noises when you walk on it but it was sort of charming. It was an interesting experience to live in a neighborhood.

Loved the apartment - very nice very convenient to all sights. However, emphasize that it is 2 and half flights up without an elevator and that the shower bathtub setup is quite weird and could be dangerous. We are 70+ so those things probably would not be an issue for younger people. Having said that Sam was great and overall the apartment was very well appointed and the info on the area in the notebook was very helpful. I will definitely rent from you again and hope to do so in the near future but will look for an elevator next time. THANKS

This has been a wonderful location. Well furnished apartment, great beds. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The service was really good. Thank you Sam. We did use the transport service to the Airport, no stress involved. We would go back to this location and we would refer family and friends.

A comfortable apartment two blocks from the Louvre. A great location! The entryway to the apartment building had a bit of leaking water and was a bit creepy; otherwise, the apartment was lovely. I would suggest a couple of area rugs, though.

As always, a wonderful stay in Paris at Louvre Palais Royal II. When we arrived, there were no blankets for the sofa bed, and Alicia promptly took care of the problem, once I explained it to her. I love coming back here - at this point it feels like home. The only reason for 8/10 is that the sofa, while an amazingly comfortable bed, is no longer all that comfortable to sit on - I think it may need to be replaced. And - there needs to be more seating in the living room area. Other than that, I can't imagine a more homey place to stay, at a very reasonable price. Of course I'll be back.
